This chapter consists of seven lessons each taking about an hour to complete.  Starting with the Kollabria Configuration Wheel which is a pneumonic device for understanding all of the different ways in which SharePoint can be configured without programming, the lectures walk you through all of the different configuration capabilities SharePoint provides.  Starting with content controls (something we call "Global Entities") you will learn how content types, lists, libraries, metadata,  document sets and other SharePoint features can be used to control content.

In essence all elements of SharePoint for controlling and retrieving content such as content types, search, records management, workflow are active upon launch, but are not unconfigured for business applications and are therefore functioning at minimum levels of capability.
